Picture taken on Flynn Reef out of Cairns, Australia on a site called Boulders. My son James and I ran into this turtle while on a dive, swam around with us for about 5 mins before leaving. Taken on a Nikon Coolpix 5000 with an Sea & Sea YS90DX strobe.
