Coral Sky Divers

Our scuba diving center on the small Perhentian island has been established since 1993. We have an intimate knowledge of the divesites and are able to take you to the best places and show you everything of interest around Perhentian island. We also organize daytrips to Redang and Lang Tengah islands for those who want a change of environment. We dive in small groups of no more than 4 divers per Divemaster to keep the dives enjoyable for everyone. Our diving instructors are very experienced and will make courses fun and enjoyable, while keeping safety foremost in mind. We teach courses from beginners level up to Divemaster as well as many specialties. All courses are taught in small groups of no more than 4 students per instructor to make sure each student receives all the personal attention needed to learn to dive well.

Boat Description:

We have 3 speed boats with 8 seats each. 1 of the boats has a roof, the other 2 are open. For added safety all our boats have twin engines, so if one fails the other can still take us back to our divecenter.

Sites Visited:

Our divesites are mostly coral reefs along the shore line of Perhentian, Redang and Lang Tengah. Most sites are no deeper than 24m. We have a few deeper dives, 2 on Perhentian and 2 at Redang. We also have 2 good wreck dives. One being an 80m long cargo ship at a depth of 18m, the other a small landing craft at a depth of 24m. Both wrecks have big schools of fish swimming around them and lots of life on them. You'll see coral fish such as angel, butterfly, parrot, porcupine, puffer and rabbit fish on most of our sites as well as snappers, fusiliers and trevallies. We also have blue spotted fantail rays and huge jenkins whip rays, there are barracudas, turtles and big and small moray eels. We have bamboo sharks and humphead parrotfish as well as the occasional napoleon wrasse and black tip reef shark.
