Dive on the wreck of the Clan McWilliam, or watch Spanish Dancers on a night dive, or simply enjoy the view of thousands of colourful reef fishes above and amongst a beautiful reef.

In the season between July and November, a rare opportunity exists for you to swim with the majestic Humpback whales! Let these gentle giants awe and inspire you. Only licensed operators can do this for you and we are licensed! Whether its diving, swimming with whales, sun bathing on a secluded island beach, you can do it all here in Vava'u, Tonga - with us!

Boat Description:

PHILIA - 12m ex fishing vessel. 'Roomy and cruisey'. Up to 16 divers (surveyed for 20)

MAKAIRA - Approx 12 m Australian built and surveyed diesel launch of heavy GRP construction - large, robust and reliable! #1 whale watch vessell! Up to 14 divers (surveyed for 18)

DOLPHIN DIVER - 6m custom alloy boat for small groups of 4/5 divers or 8 whale watchers.

Sites Visited:

Vava'u has lots of walls, drop offs, caverns, 'swim throughs' and reef oucroppings. Some sites are a combination of the above. Reefs are teeming with reef fish (angel, butterfly, surgeon, puffer etc...)'Out in the blue', you may see passing pelagics like tuna and trevally. Turtles may be seen sometimes as well as white tip reef sharks. During hot season temperature is up to 29 degrees C and down to 24 degrees in cooler season (whale season). Corals are mostly hard corals and sea fans with a few of our sites with soft cotrals.
