Boat Description:

Seven ocean-going dive boats with hot showers, wet and dry areas, complimentary teas, coffees, hot soups, wash down facilities, full galley and toilet areas, inside cabin and seating. Simply the best. Full first aid and oxygen kits, sizes from 11 metres in length to 18 metres in length. Tutukaka's only fully compliant operator with full service shore base and Five Star PADI IDC. Multiple award winners who deliver the best service with the best people at the best sites.

Sites Visited:

The Poor Knights are volcanic in origin, over 11 million years old with swim throughs, arches, walls, caves and reef systems. The life is lush, sup-tropical and varied, with over 1500 species including nudibranchs, schooling reef fish, kingfish, schnapper, triple-fins, wrasses, sting rays, moray eels. The visibility varies between 15-30 meters in October-November and up to 45+ meters in February-March. The water temperatures vary between 17c in winter and up to 23c in the summer.
