Beginners to Dive Master level
Shark Reef 40-70 feet Intermediate Shark reef is the home of many white tip reef sharks. This site has many dramatic rocky coral overhangs, with some swim throughs and a giant coral arch-way. You can expect to see schooling Snapper and the occassional sleeping turtle.
Cakautabu 20-80 feet Beginner to Advanced Cakautabu means 'sacred reef' but to us it is a wonderful dive site. The dive starts on a giant coral head and moves onto a shallow wall. This site also offers a small cave and a swim through that ends on a beautiful coral garden.This site is home to many white tip reef sharks, turtles, batfish and eagle rays.
Three Corals 30-45 feet Beginner to Advanced This is a nice shallow dive that has three gigantic coral heads. You will have the chance to see all types of fish as well as a resident green sea turtle
The Playground 20-60 feet Advanced This is one of our favourites. This is a truly a 'Playground' for divers offering all this is exciting. Home to a large number of reef sharks, morays and turtles. Many swim throughs and overhangs, caverns and caves. If that is not enough, the site is littered with many beautiful seashells.
Sea Food Buffet 40-80 feet Intermediate Seafood Buffet is a miniature version of Bird Island reef. This site is a shallow slope that has an abundance of amazing coral. The site is also filled with hundreds of different reef fish.
The Canyons 40-100 feet Intermediate to Advanced Huge coral heads at this site form interesting canyons that the divers can explore. Depth at this site varies so you can spend your time looking at the beauttiful coral and reef fish at the tops of the coral heads, or if you like you can go deeper and explore the exciting coral canyons.
The Wreck 20-80 feet Beginner to Advanced In 1920 the 300+ foot freighter 'Olivina' went down in shallow water. The beginning of the dive is spent exploring the vast wreck. Then you will go onto a maze of coral heads that offers two fun swim throughs. You will the chance to see some huge tabletop coral as well as white tip reef sharks and the occasional eagle ray.
The Big Tree 40-80 feet Intermediate This is a site that offers beautiful coral as well as glimpses of lobsters and fire dart fish.
Bird Island Reef 40-90 feet Advanced This is a coral lover's delight. The reef has an amazing amount of coral that stretches as far a the eye can see. You can also expect to see white tip reef sharks and turtles.
There are miles of unexplored reef around Toberua, so for those adventurous divers we can drop onto previously undived reef. The only thing we ask is for the guest to name the site!
