Alu Alu Divers

We are a dive center owned and managed by divers for divers. Here, everyone dives including the owner. Our enthusiastic team of instructors and divemasters love nothing more than introducing divers to the fantastic Perhentian’s dive sites. We pride ourselves in personal service as we take you to these beautiful sites on board our two customized dive boats.

Our personal attention to your adventures extends to our ability to arrange special dive sites on request. Our friendly crew and relaxed atmosphere will assure you of the best dives possible!

All our dive equipment is purchased new and serviced regularly. As safety is our top priority, all dives are planned to be within the recommended limits. We carry full first-aid kit and emergency oxygen kit on board our boats on every dive.

We strongly believe in conservation ethics. So much so, we are allocating a portion of our profit yearly to protect, educate and conserve our beautiful Pulau Perhentian. We support regular reef and beach clean-ups and educate our divers the correct reef etiquette.

Sites Visited:

We visit all dive sites in Perhentian, giving you more option to see what Perhentian has to offer. Diving in Perhentian can be both relaxing and challenging depending on your preference. With many dive sites with depth no more than 12 meters and calm sea to 30 meters drop wall dives of Tokong Laut, drift dives of Susu Dara and Tokong Bopeng as well as cavern dives of Terumbu Tiga, Perhentian will sure keep even the most discerning divers satiated.

The dive sites surrounding Pulau Perhentian are blessed with variety of hard and soft corals such as gorgonions, sea fans, black corals, staghorns, hydroids and harp corals. Marine life is no less spectacular. You can expect to see schools of yellowtail barracuda, variety of fusiliers, butterfly fish, sweetlips, harlequin ghost pipefish, damsel fish, surgeonfish, intriguing Titan triggerfish and shy hawksbill turtles, white-tip, black-tip and nurse sharks! Muck diving enthusiasts will not be disappointed with many invertebrates and small critters can be easily found.

Visibility can reach up to 30 meters during the dry season of July to September. Average visibility of around 15-20 meters are enough reason to make Perhentian one of the world’s best dive destinations.
