TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• A deposit payment must be made once the quotation is accepted, and before any reservations are initiated.
• The deposit shall be equivalent to 50% of the package total, depending on the Shootout and package chosen. The balance payment is to be made at least 90 days before the departure date.
• For bookings made less than 90 days before the departure date, full payment is required before any reservations are initiated.
• Payments will be fully refunded should the services/hotels required be unavailable and no suitable alternative is found.
• No cancellations will be allowed.
• These general terms and conditions may be superseded by special terms and conditions for specific packages.
• Judges’ decisions in each Shootout’s photo competition are final.
