Cocos Dive

Cocos Dive offers some of the best diving available in the world with uncrowded dive sites, awesome marine life with in excess of 600 species many of which are hybrids, pristine waters with excellent visibility.

The fringing reef is a haven to a range of pelagics: Sharks, Tuna, Barracuda, Wahoo, friendly Dolphins, graceful & elegant Mantas Rays and beautiful marine creatures. Over 100 species of hard corals can be found, along with forests of gorgonian fans and texture dives of soft leather corals.

Our divers have been having up close and personal interaction with up to 30 manta rays and the dolphins have also joined in on the act.

Other creatures such as the unusual and somewhat bizarre Sponge Snail, the Yellowheaded Angelfish (Centropyge joculator) endemic to Cocos (Keeling) and Christmas Islands) are seen on most dives. Cocos has a "new" Lemonpeel Angelfish! What was thought to be the common Lemonpeel (Centropyge flavissima) has now been identified as a "new" species - the Cocopeel Angelfish (Centropyge cocosensis)

Cocos Dive is now actively involved with Project Manta assisting with photographing and identifying individual manta rays of Cocos. Currently we have over 80 known individuals and several resightings, which is very exciting.

For the non-diver, or for divers who still want to explore the incredible underwater life on their "off-gas" days, Cocos Dive now offers Sea Scooter Tours. This is a fun way to explore the shallower reef areas where a myriad of fishlife lives.

Coming soon. We are excited to announce that our new Nitrox membrane has arrived and will be put into service during the final quarter of 2022.
