Personal Description

Although I was certified in 1994, I didn't start serious diving until 2002 in Sydney when I bought all my own gear. I did 85 dives that year!!! I still like to dive all year round in water no colder than 15C, so that's most of the year in Sydney.

Batschool

Batschool

Taken on Heron Island, QLD. It was the first time I tried using my 16mm wide angle lens. This school just looked surreal as they glided by in 25mt viz! Sony DSC P10 camera. 1/200th at 5.6. Photocomp March '05 - Open

Cheese

Cheese

Again my trusty 16mm wide angle did the trick. This seal was playing with me. He would power up to me, stop dead in front, give me a big cheesy grin and hold it long enough for me to shoot! I managed a few shots but this was the sharpest considering I was shooting with available light in 30 mt viz at Montague Island, NSW. Sony DSC P10 camera f2.8 @1/125th. Photocomp March '05 - Open
