Detailed Description:

This Nocturnal Lights SLX 800t is a sophisticated LED dive light that delivers a high level of performance. Three 3W (9W total) LED bulbs provide 800 lumens of light. Six alkaline AA batteries power the light for 8-hours of burn time, with a maximum output for a full 2 hours. The LED bulbs run at a cool temperature, so the light can be used above and below the surface. You can use it to look under ledges and to restore natural color underwater.

The 6 AA battery configuration provides low weight and a compact size. The light comes standard with a removable lantern handle. The lantern handle has a 5/16" (8mm) hole that can be used to attach the Nocturnal Lights Ball-Joint or flex Arm Adapter in-order to use the light for imaging applications. The 12_ internal reflectors are installed on the light, internal 60_ diffusers and the 90_ adapters are included. The aluminum housing along with the double o-ring seal and shockproof LEDs makes the SLX 800t extremely durable even under the most extreme conditions. You never have to worry about the light turning on in your dive bag because of the switch lock. All of these features make the Nocturnal Lights SLX 800t a practical and convenient light when diving or participating in any other outdoor adventures.

• Compact and Bright - The SLX 800t outputs a constant light at 800 lumen, which is the equivalent of almost 2x the light output as a 10w hid video light
• Color Temperature - A neutral 5,500k color temperature that does not give off a blue tint
• Perfect Beam Angle - Choose between 60 degrees or 90 degree beams using the 60 degree reflectors (12 degree beams are included if you wish to use your SLX 800i as a dive light for night dives)
• Adjustable Output - Reduce the beam output by simply using only three AA batteries in case 800 lumen is too bright under certain conditions.
• Ultra Reliable - LED bulbs lasts up to 100,000 hours, operates in a wider range of temperature, and is very unlikely to shut off due to accidental impact. Its precisely machined body and the o-ring design will make flooding the light nearly impossible under proper care.
• Instant Power - The lights turn up in 100 nanoseconds so you don't have to wait for it to warm up.
• Batteries - The SLX 800t uses AA batteries for maximum reliability and minimum maintenance requirements. It is also compatible with rechargeable AA batteries as well as the new AA Lithium/Titanium batteries.
