Brittle Urchin Stars

I had never noticed these collections of brittle stars on the slate pencil urchins until this dive. I like the contrast between the fine brittle sea stars and the big fat pencil urchin spines. Julian Rocks, Byron Bay, Australia. Sony A700, 100mm macro lens, sea and sea strobes. F1 1/125.
