ARI JAYA" - this is the name of our boat. It is a wooden liveaboard boat, of a construction characteristic for the Flores island region in the south-east Indonesia. It is fully adaped for the needs of small diving groups.
On the "ARI JAYA" we organize diving safaris in Komodo National Park.
PADI
"ARI JAYA" is a wooden boat, built from the most precious species of tropical wood from Flores Island. It has the traditional construction of fishermens boats from that region and it has been fully adapted for the requirements of a professional diving safari boat.
Dimensions: length 20m., width 4m.,
Main deck: navigation cabin, function of a dining-room, bathroom (WC, wash-hand basin, shower), kitchen, resting area in the shade, diving space, large and comfortable sun terrace on the roof.
Equipment: 4 cylinders engine Mitsubishi 120 HP, 10 kw genarator, solar panels, electricity 220V., 12V., dinghy, 3,5 m. with engine 15 HP, tank of fresh water 4000 l., tank of fuel 1600 l.
Cabins: 4 for 2 people, with two windows (bull's eye), hight: 2m Arrangement of the cabin: bed, shelves for clothes
Diving equipment: compressor CAT 3 10 aluminium tanks, 12 l., DIN and INT valves oxygen tank
