Sites Visited:

Tropical water of 26 to 30 C (78-86 F) depending on the season, all dive sites offer a huge variety of corals and fishes spared from climatic disorders (El Nino) or dynamite fishing. Located in a marine sanctuary which includes Alona Beach, they are quickly reached by boat. The cascading coral walls of Balicasag are considered some of the best dive spots in the country. The waters off Pamilacan Island teem with schools of tuna, snappers, groupers, mackerel and surgeon fish. Dolphins and pilot whales can also be viewed from the distance.
