The Waydoo Subnado PLUS underwater scooter is a compact yet powerful personal propulsion device designed for scuba diving, snorkelling, freediving, pool use, and travel. Built for performance in a highly portable form factor, the Subnado PLUS delivers significantly increased thrust compared to the standard Subnado, making it ideal for divers and water users who want more speed and power without moving to a full-size sea scooter.
With its streamlined cylindrical design, the Subnado PLUS can be used handheld, worn using the included arm sleeve, or integrated into compatible mounting systems for camera rigs and other applications. Smooth, controlled propulsion helps reduce swimmer fatigue and extend underwater range, making it suitable for reef exploration, drift assistance, underwater filming, and general water play.
The Subnado PLUS is depth rated to 60 metres and designed for real-world saltwater use. Multiple speed modes allow users to balance performance and runtime depending on conditions, while simple, intuitive controls make it easy to operate for beginners and experienced divers alike.
Specifications: The Waydoo Subnado PLUS is powered by an 800W motor and delivers up to 9.3 kg of maximum thrust. Top speed is rated up to 1.7 m/s with a single unit and up to 2.4 m/s when using dual units. Maximum runtime is up to approximately 60 minutes depending on speed setting and load, with Low, High, and Super gear modes available. The Super Gear mode is designed for short bursts of maximum performance. The scooter is depth rated to 60 metres, weighs approximately 1.8 kg, and measures approximately 397 × 60 mm. It features an integrated 144Wh lithium battery with USB-C fast charging support (PD), with a typical charge time of around 1.2 hours using a compatible charger.
