Dive Nomad
Dive Nomad operates 3 and 5 day trips to the Capricorn Bunker Group in the Southern GBR, and 6 day trips to the remote outer Coral Sea reefs. The islands and reefs of the outer Coral Sea are without a doubt one of Australia's premier adventure diving desinations. Enjoy a beautiful scenic flight out via floatplane to our mothership anchored in a calm lagoon. You'll experience superb pinnacle diving, drop-offs, walls laced with massive gorgonian fans, bright soft corals, anemones, invertebrates and unusual tropical fish. The Bunker Group is world renowned for its unique marine environment. The wonderful coral gardens are host to some of the most spectactular reef fish and other creatures. The majestic manta rays, humpback whales during their migration and the always amazing green, hawksbill and loggerhead turtles are just spectactular.
Our vessel 'Odyssey' is an extremely stable and comfortable vessel that has been purpose built for remote area offshore charters. The boat and stunning locations visited, combined with our onboard dive crew, chef and hostess, will make for a very memorable trip.

Our 80ft catamaran is one of the best equipped and most comfortable liveaboard dive vessels based off the Queensland coast. Accomodation for up to 16 divers. We have Nitrox facilities onboard, freshwater production daily and are fully setup with the latest in technology to give divers the absolute ultimate in liveaboard dive experiences. Sites Visited:
The southern GBR including the Bunker Group including Fitzroy, Lady Musgrave, Fairfax, Hoskyn and Lady Elliot Islands. A mix of temperate and tropical fish and coral species. Manta rays, humpback whales during migration and green, hawksbill and loggerhead turtles. The reefs of the Coral Sea are amongst the least visited coral reef systems in the world. Experience pinnacle diving, drop-offs, walls laced with gorgonian fans, anemones and unusual tropical. This is your opportunity to dive a truly untouched underwater oasis.
