Whale sharks in Perth?
Hello people,
I am coming over to Perth at the beginning of March and was wondering what the chances were of capturing a quick swim with this little fella?

The whale sharks are in Exmouth/ Coral Bay on the Ningaloo Reef about 1200km north of Perth from March til July/ August ish but the peak is probably mid April/May - July - I was working up there for the beginning of last season and we didn't start seeing them regularly til about 2-3 April ish but they see more later on in the season,

- Sea Turtles can live to be 100 years old, but most don’t survive their first few days. In the wild, the tiny hatchlings typically encounter a gauntlet of predators as they hatch and make their way from beachside nests to open water, and they remain especially vulnerable those first few months of life. When nature is in balance, this attrition is a normal part of the circle of life. But when turtles become threatened by factors such as habitat loss, or predators like fish and birds, they may need a little extra help to maintain a normal population.
