Boracay Accommodation: The palm-studded island of Boracay - with its white, talcum-fine beach, balmy weather, and warm, crystalline waters - is like a hypnotic magnet. In this tiny, butterfly-shaped island at the northwestern tip of Panay in Western Visayas.
